New Builds
As a valued Mezcon client, you will have a dedicated customer service contact, guiding you throughout this process. Your Mezcon representative will be responsible for facilitating meetings with designers, affiliated showrooms and on site. They will also be responsible for verifying final selections and confirmation of all information, as outlined in Schedule “A”. We believe this personal approach is the key to a happy client and a beautiful home.
The Build Process
Designers
As part of your journey you will be working with our design team, as they guide you through the selection process. The first meeting will be a meet and greet as they seek to understand your design preferences. It is a good idea to bring along any inspiration images, (IE Instagram, Pinterest etc.) After your initial meeting, they will review individual samples, paint colors, flooring selections etc with you. The final meeting will be held to solidify design selections and answer any final questions.
Kitchens & Milworks
We will schedule an appointment with our kitchen supplier in their showroom for an interactive design session, where your kitchen and vanities will come to life before your eyes. This will give you the opportunity to create the kitchen of your dreams, while maintaining the function that your family requires.
Plumbing & Fixtures
For all plumbing selections, or supplier will invite you to join them for a personalized information session, where their expert team will go through the selection process with you, they will explain the benefits of certain options, while keeping your budget in mind.
Flooring
For all flooring selections, you will have a 1 one 1 session with our preferred flooring specialists, they will take you through the options for each and every area of your new home, making the process seamless.
Counters
You will have a design meeting with our preferred supplier at their showroom, their team will guide you through benefits of different stone and composite options, this ensures that you’re confident with a selection that best suits your family’s requirements.
Completion
Finally the big day has arrived and you are ready to move into your beautiful new home….but wait there is one more step! You will have a final walkthrough the home, prior to move in, this will be a checklist of any questions or concerns prior to occupancy, Once complete, you will sign off and be presented with the Mezcon Welcome package, giving you information on the home its features and benefits.
